Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area, providing first-class service to all guests, and anticipating their needs to maximize guest satisfaction. You will handle all queries efficiently, be knowledgeable about hotel and local amenities, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes. Politeness, courtesy, and helpfulness are essential in your interactions with guests. Additionally, you'll foster strong working relationships with other Front of House departments, supporting them as needed to ensure smooth operations.
