Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for calls and visitors.
* Franking post.
* Process proforma payments over the phone.
* Coordinate with the Accounts Department on customer accounts.
* Collaborate with the Warehouse on orders and deliveries.
* File customer orders and shipping info.
* Respond to emails and customer inquiries.
* Follow up on potential business inquiries.
* Record information in CRM.
* Make keeping-in-touch calls to customer accounts.
* Prepare quotations and price lists for sales.
* Complete end-of-day procedures like invoicing and reporting.
* Support the Customer Service Manager.
