THE ROLE
The role of the Sales Advisor is to support an environment of genuine customer connection, aiming to maximise sales through high-quality service and always striving to go the extra mile. Be a proud and passionate ambassador of Ted, who understands and promotes the company’s “Mission Statement” and “Strategy”.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* People
o A high level of team participation, working with integrity and respect for others
o Actively drive and document your own learning to contribute to the success of the team and location
o Be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the business in support of the team and the location
o Collaborate with teams in meetings and briefings
o Support new hires through friendly mentorship
o Display a dedicated approach to self-awareness and self-development
o Understand and reflect Ted’s core values and culture
* Product
o Use all available tools and information to stay updated on current products, increasing awareness of the 6 C’s (Called, Colour, Composition, Cost, Care, Cut)
o Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment methods, and housekeeping standards
o Support brand messaging with a keen personal interest in Ted
* Commercial
o Demonstrate requirements of Ted’s School of Excellence
o Deliver excellent customer service using the GOTFAT method
o Build loyal customer relationships both online and offline
o Support brand promotions and campaigns
o Capture customer data at PoS and understand its importance
o Share Ted’s social media activity and support new technology integration
* Operations
o Follow company policies and health & safety procedures
o Adhere to loss prevention measures and report misuse or theft
