What You’ll Be Doing (The Role)
Supporting senior Quantity Surveyors on high-end residential and refurbishment projects
Assisting with cost plans, take-offs, BOQs, valuations, and variations
Working with site and design teams to ensure budgets and timelines are met
Helping to procure subcontractors and process payments
Involvement in tender submissions and commercial reporting
Attending site meetings and liaising with clients and architects About You
Experience in an Assistant QS or Trainee QS role within residential or construction
Familiarity with project costings, procurement, and valuations
Keen eye for detail and appreciation for high-quality building standards
Good communication and numeracy skills, with a proactive, team-player attitude
Ideally degree-educated or studying Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
