Key Accountabilities
* Drive technical compliance within the engineering team.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance.
* Lead the engineering team to complete work to high standards within SLAs.
* Assess engineer competencies and provide training for skills gaps.
* Conduct audits and performance reports for engineers.
* Compile performance and utilization reports for SLT.
* Support engineers on-site throughout the week.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders on contract operations.
Relationships
* Engage with internal and external senior stakeholders, including technical Operations Managers, engineering staff, office staff, contract managers, and senior leadership.
General Duties
* Perform other duties aligned with your skills and necessary for contract or business success.
* Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota as scheduled.

Experience
Minimum:
* Experience in FM/Building Services sector.
* Experience with CAFM packages like Concerto.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Health & Safety awareness.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
* Trade qualifications (Electrical/Mechanical).
* Proven FM industry track record.
* IOSH safety training.
* Management or supervisory training.
* Investigation and conflict management skills.
* Knowledge of SFG20.
Skills (Essential)
* Leadership of engineering teams.
* Relationship-building with internal and external teams.
* High safety awareness and enforcement.
* Work prioritization.
* Experience with CAFM systems.
* Understanding of statutory requirements.
* Technical knowledge and data analysis skills.

Working Arrangements
Flexible working practices, including remote work and site visits from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
