Pay: £13ph
Paid Travel time
Paid mileage.
Paid holiday, up to 28 days (accrued).

REQUIREMENTS
* UK Driving license and own vehicle required
* Alternate weekends
HOURS / WORKING PATTERN
We are looking for a mixture of candidates to join our
team, working either full-time (Around 40 hours a week)
or Part time (22+ hours per week)
Our shift patterns are semi-flexible, and we always try to
accommodate where possible
All our shifts do require
alternate weekends.
Although our hours are flexible, they
might look a little like;
7am – 2pm (Mornings / Lunches)
4pm – 10.00pm (Evenings / Beds)
We are also open to evenings only, weekends only and bank hours
THE ROLE
Support others to live independently in their own homes, which can include supporting hobbies, activities and day trips, personal care, and any other needs of our service users.
Your day to day duties might include;
* Delivering high-quality care services in accordance with individual care plans.
* Assisting clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
* Supporting clients with medication administration.
* Assisting with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure safety.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and engage in meaningful conversations and activities.
* Assist with meal preparation.
* Help clients maintain their home. This could involve laundry, cleaning, and other domestic tasks.

Requirements
* Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of patient care practices, particularly for seniors and those with special needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia.
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
* Valid driving licence is required
* A commitment to providing high-quality care while respecting the dignity and privacy of clients.
