Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging and structured 1:1 tutoring sessions
2. Support learning, confidence, and progress in the subject area(s)
3. Adapt lessons to suit the student’s level and learning pace
4. Provide feedback on progress and areas for improvement
5. Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment
Requirements
6. Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you teach
7. Experience working with children or young people (preferred)
8. Patient, approachable, and reliable
9. Good communication and organisational skills
10. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
11. Qualified teacher, graduate, or trainee teacher
12. Previous tutoring experience
13. Familiarity with the UK curriculum
Location: Surrey
Hours: Flexible (to be agreed)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
