The Primary Teacher designs and teaches motivating lessons across the primary curriculum, helping all pupils participate fully and achieve meaningful progress. As a Primary Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum. Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages pupil growth and confidence. Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning and development. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure each pupil receives personalised support. Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages respect, curiosity, and a love of learning. Requirements for Primary Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching in primary education (preferred but not essential). Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills. A creative, adaptable, and patient approach to teaching and learning. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
