We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Billesley Manor Hotel and Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage operations
Lead, train, and motivate service staff
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Support management in achieving sales and service targets
Requirements
Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service focus
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
