The Role
This is a senior academic leadership role combining strategic oversight of Sixth Form Business with high-quality A-Level teaching. You will be responsible for curriculum design, academic standards and the continued growth of the subject within the post-16 offer.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Teaching A-Level Business
• Leading curriculum development and assessment planning
• Monitoring student progress and driving examination performance
• Supporting university and apprenticeship applications
• Developing links with local businesses and guest speakers
• Contributing to whole-school Sixth Form strategy
Leadership time is built into the role to allow for strategic development and enrichment planning.
