Our extremely reputable, global client are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with excellent communication skills, a background in customer service and passion for service to join a forward-thinking, friendly team.
The successful candidate will have a background in customer service whether this be from a retail, hospitality, contact centre or office environment. Excellent communication skills is essential due to the high-volume pace of this role.

Responsibilities
* Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints
* Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system
* Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner
* Finding a suitable resolution to the customer’s enquiry within the set parameters
Skills & Experience
* Prior experience from a customer service role is essential, preferably within an office or contact centre environment, however, retail/hospitality experience is also considered.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer focused attitude with the ability to be empathetic
* Willingness to learn and further develop
* Computer literacy skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (typing test will form part of the short-listing process)
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated
* Flexible
* Keen team player
* Excellent problem-solving skills
