You will be working Monday-Wednesday 2200 - 0600 and Thursday - Friday 2200 - 0600-night shift with a basic hours salary of £25,877 per year, average pay of £33,263 including allowances and unsocial hours. Overtimes paid at an exchange rate.

What youll do on a typical day:
1. To be the go-to person for the Loading Bay team Leader, for holidays, uniform, shift changes/cover, etc.
2. Drive productivity and effectiveness by leading an approach that is consistent with demand (i.e. trailers loaded).
3. This is a hands-on role, designed to ensure that gaps in cover can be supported.
4. Lead communications up and down stream for this remit.
5. Complete the requisite number of safety observations on war...
