We're looking for a Neighbourhood Services Supervisor to inspire and guide a dedicated team of Neighbourhood Services Officers, helping us maintain high-quality tenancy management and exceptional customer experience across our communities.

?? About the Role
As our Neighbourhood Services Supervisor, you will:
* Lead, motivate and support a team of 4–5 Neighbourhood Services Officers.
* Provide expert guidance, coaching and professional support.
* Ensure your team delivers a warm, empathetic, consistent and high-quality service to tenants.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, partners and local stakeholders.
* Promote innovation, new technology and service improvements.
* Model our values and behaviours in everything you do.
* Contribute to Ocean Housing's wider mission and corporate goals.

You'll be a great match if you are:

* Skilled in building rapport and delivering excellent customer service
* Calm, thoughtful and solution-focused in challenging situations
* Organised, thorough and motivated to help your team shine
* Experienced in tenancy or housing management (desirable), or able to bring relevant transferable skills
* Passionate about making a difference in your community
?? Education & Qualifications
* A Level or equivalent Level 3 qualification is essential
?? Knowledge & Experience
* Experience supervising staff and building effective teams
* Knowledge/experience of managing residential tenancies
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict confidently
* Experience delivering excellent customer service and building effective relationships

* Ability to travel independently to various locations as required
