Job Title: Private Client Paralegal

We are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Towcester, who are looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid Private Client experience who is looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and professional environment. You will play a key role in supporting the department, managing client interactions and progressing a varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting Wills, including more complex cases involving property trusts and multiple beneficiaries
* Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Assisting with Estate Administration matters from instruction through to completion
* Supporting the preparation of Estate Accounts
* Managing day-to-day file administration and ensuring matters progress efficiently
* Liaising with clients, providing a professional and empathetic service
* Supporting fee earners and the Head of Department with casework and administration
* Contributing to marketing initiatives where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience within a Private Client Paralegal role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proactive, reliable and able to hit the ground running
Desirable
* Experience supporting complex estates or high-value matters
* Previous exposure to a busy, client-focused legal environment
Benefits & Package
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch between 12:00pm – 2:00pm)
* 23 days’ paid holiday plus Bank Holidays, with an additional 5 days unpaid leave available
* 3 days of annual leave to be reserved for the Christmas period
* Holiday year runs January to December
* 3-month probation period with 1 week’s notice during probation, increasing to 1 month thereafter
