1. Location: Dartford

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the best support possible.
6. Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
7. Scheduling repairs and booking appointments
8. Updating a central portal with progress of jobs
9. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
10. Collaborating with team members
