Purpose of role

o IT literacy in Microsoft Office
Key responsibilities:
* Provide CAD details and written text to be included in flat roofing specifications.
* Assist in the creation of technical flat roofing details
* Provide help desk support to customers requiring assistance with company products.
* Customers can be both internal and external.
* Advise customers of the technical merits and correct application of products
* Production and checking of waterproofing specifications
* Interpreting architectural drawings to offer advice and best practices in line with current industry guidance
* Remain up to date with industry guidance and legislation
