We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse & Sales Admin Assistant based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.\nPLEASE NOTE: This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates looking to start or develop their career in warehousing or administration. While prior experience is not essential, some exposure to a work environment may be beneficial. Full training will be provided.\nSummary of the Warehouse & Sales Admin Assistant role\nSalary: £26,000 - £27,000\nJob Location: Milton Keynes\nType of Contract: Permanent, Full time\nHours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Fridays 8:00am - 4:00pm\nBenefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension scheme, Health scheme after probation, free parking onsite\nResponsibilities of the Warehouse & Sales Admin Assistant\n * Goods in and out.\n * Packaging products and dealing with returned goods.\n * General customer service duties, including completing customer questionnaires.\n * Following up on invoice queries.\n * Inputting details onto the CRM system.\n * General administration duties.\nRequirements for a successful Warehouse & Sales Admin Assistant\n * Previous Customer Service and Administration experience within a busy environment.\n * Goods in and out experience.\n * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n * Attention to detail.\n * Well organised with good time management skills.\n * Strong IT skills with experience using CRM systems.\nAllstaff Recruitment are an Independent Recruitment Specialist based in Bedfordshire who work on behalf of companies across Bedford, Milton Keynes and surrounds to fill their vacancies and meet their recruitment needs.
