Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect for a new, long-term Oracle Cloud implementation with our client, a consultancy, in the UK.

Job Description:
* Lead the design and implementation of Oracle ERP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
* Develop detailed system architectures and roadmaps, incorporating industry standards and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
* Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and IT to understand requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
* Oversee customization and integration of ERP software to meet business needs and ensure smooth integration with other enterprise applications (CRM, BI tools, etc.).
* Recommend and implement ERP best practices for configuration, governance, data migration, and testing.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members during ERP development and implementation.
* Stay updated on ERP industry trends and technology advancements, advising on system improvements and upgrades for the client and functional teams.
Skills & experience:
* In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Workstreams (finance, HR, supply chain, etc.) and their integration.
* 5+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems.
* Experience/Knowledge of Oracle Revenue Management, Subscription Management, and Product Information Management.
* Strong experience in system integration, database management, and cloud technologies.
* Proficiency in ERP implementation methodologies and project management.
* Solid understanding of business processes across finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
