Senior/Lead UI / UX Designer
Brand and Digital Agency
Location: Hybrid working - min.1 day/week - onsite (central London)
Salary: £55K-£60K DOE
We’re working with a London-based brand and digital agency working with start-ups and global businesses across pharma, fintech, FMCG and more. For 20+ years, they’ve built impactful brands and digital platforms.
They are looking to hire a Senior/Lead UI Designer with strong UX skills to shape high-quality digital experiences and creative direction across web, mobile and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end design of high-quality digital experiences, from strategy and UX to final delivery.
* Translate user insight, brand strategy and business goals into intuitive, accessible design.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive, user-first solutions.
* Bring clarity to complex projects while maintaining strong creative standards.
* Evolve brand expression across digital, including interaction and design systems.
* Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.
* Mentor junior designers and elevate team craft.
* As part of a small team, you might also have exposure do branding and campaign work.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong user-centred design across responsive web, mobile and digital products.
* Extensive experience in digital and UX design within a creative or digital agency.
* Clear, confident communication to explain creative decisions.
* Solid knowledge of accessibility, usability, responsive and interaction design, and performance considerations.
* Curious about emerging AI, UX trends, and digital culture, with a drive to improve processes.
* Strong portfolio showing strategic UX thinking and polished, brand-aligned visuals.
* Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end: discovery, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and developer handover.
* Experienced in presenting work and building trust with senior clients.
* Familiar with design systems, scalable frameworks, and modern design processes.
* Experience in brand development or integrated digital campaigns is a plus.
