Helen and Douglas House is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager for their Stroud shop. This permanent position involves 22.5 hours per week with the primary goal of maximizing sales through excellent customer service. Candidates should ideally have experience in charity retail and be open to learning new skills. Strong organizational and IT skills are also necessary, along with the ability to manage volunteer teams. Flexibility in working hours is required, including weekends. Full training will be provided.
