Equans is looking for an M&E Supervisor to join our team working in Uxbridge on our contract with Coca-Cola. This is a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £50, - £54, per annum, dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
1. Ensure that works are conducted in line with the EQUANS SSoW & Permit to Work system, ensuring adequate procedures and processes are in place
2. Issuing of Authority to Work and conducting Contractor reviews
3. Provide input into the management of the planned maintenance schedule, ensuring associated work tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed PPM planner, SLA and KPI targets, including first hand support (where required) for contract update meetings with the client
4. Complete PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirements, and arrange for the site team to complete tasks in line with the company competency appointment(s)
5. Prepare Authorisations to work (as per Permit System) and Supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the FM Manager/ SHEQ Manager
6. Supervise contractors and EQUANS Engineers

18. Building Services C&G Qualification or Equivalent - Essential. Either Mechanical or Electrical
19. Experience in a similar role Essential
20. City & Guilds (Desirable)
21. Health & Safety legislation (IOSH Managing Safely) and Company procedures
