Our client is a leading FMCG Distribution business, who are currently recruiting for a Head of Workshop (VMU) at their head office in Lancaster. As Head of Workshop you will ensure that the Companys Distribution and Vehicle Fleet operation is legal & compliant, organised, monitored and controlled efficiently. The Head of Workshop (VMU) is accountable for a National Fleet of over 150 vehicles and 160 trailers with a 24/7, 365 days operation, therefore a flexible approach to hours will be required.
Duties of the Head of Workshop (VMU) include but are not limited to:
1. Leading, Managing and motivating a team including managing attendance, productivity and conduct
