Your day-to-day might include: Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing, assisting people to eat and drink, supporting people with their daily activities, monitoring individual's conditions, and engaging service users with social activities.
We have four care worker vacancies available, and we can be flexible in the hours offered (to be discussed at interview)., This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.

We are able to offer you a comprehensive induction package. This will include mandatory training as well as access to multiple personal development courses. You will already hold an NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or equivalent. We can also offer this programme to the right candidate if not held upon commencing employment.
