Job Duties:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs
- Creating a positive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of students
- Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and other professionals
- Collaborating with other teachers, support staff, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teaching Status
- SEN Teaching Experience
- Passion for Education
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching students with special educational needs
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and inclusive education practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in special education or related field
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school setting with students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Work full-time hours on a permanent basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
