​ We’re looking for a Social Media Lead who can direct social media strategy at a senior level and help our clients grow. ​ This role is responsible for leading the strategic direction of social media across key client accounts while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact. ​ You will oversee multiple client relationships and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure social media is aligned with broader marketing and commercial objectives. ​ As a senior leader within the agency, you will also play a key role in developing our social media offering, mentoring the team and supporting business growth. ​ This is a role for someone who understands that social media is not just content, it is a powerful driver of brand growth, audience engagement and business performance. ​ The Job In this role you will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure social media delivers meaningful results as part of integrated campaigns. ​ In this role you will be: • Leading the strategic direction of social media across key accounts • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders • Overseeing the development of integrated social campaigns • Ensuring social media activity supports broader marketing and business objectives • Leading quarterly planning sessions and strategic reviews • Identifying opportunities to expand social services and grow accounts • Mentoring and managing Social Media Managers and supporting team development • Contributing to agency thought leadership and new business opportunities • Overseeing the planning and delivery of social media campaigns across accounts. • Responsible for ensuring social media performance is understood and used to inform strategy. • Helping clients understand the impact of social media on their business • Playing a key role in growing client accounts and the agency’s social media offering • Supporting new business proposals and pitches ​ You will be responsible for ensuring our work delivers value and drives growth for clients. ​ The Person We’re looking for someone who owns outcomes, not just deliverables. ​ This role requires someone who is strategic, commercially aware and highly proactive. Someone who has proven experience managing client relationships at a senior level and within a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing. ​ We’re looking for someone who has significant experience managing major client account and leading integrated social media campaigns. ​ You’re someone who: • Takes ownership of client success and long-term growth • Is confident advising and challenging senior stakeholders when necessary • Understands how social media fits into broader marketing strategy • Can lead conversations about performance, strategy and innovation • Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment • Has expert knowledge of social media strategies across major platforms ​ You should also be someone who leads by example. ​ We value people who work hard, support their teams and are motivated by helping clients achieve real results.
