Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our Energy & Natural Resources team, supporting high-profile programmes across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and technically challenging projects in the country, delivering data-driven solutions that shape the future.
You will be part of a collaborative and innovative team, developing and deploying analytical tools—including Power Apps—to enhance decision-making and performance monitoring for our clients.
Your role will include:
* Developing and applying data analytics and visualisation tools to support project delivery
* Collecting, migrating, and managing data from multiple systems and sources
* Cleaning, abstracting, and aggregating data to support analytical studies
* Linking and manipulating datasets to uncover insights and trends
* Presenting data and findings in clear, user-friendly formats tailored to stakeholder needs
* Supporting the development of digital solutions and contributing to best practice across the team
* Collaborating across projects and departments to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in data analytics, data modelling, and data visualisation to support project delivery and performance improvement
* Strong proficiency in SQL, with demonstrable experience in database manipulation and optimisation
* Skilled in the use of industry-standard data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik to develop insightful dashboards and reports
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, to create scalable and user-centric digital solutions
* Prior experience delivering data and reporting services within the built environment, ideally across infrastructure or construction programmes
* Educated to HNC, HND or degree level in a relevant discipline such as Construction Management, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
