Your newpany is a national established constructionpany that specialise in construction and facilities management.
Your new role is part-time 3 days a week based on site.
Duties include:
1. Use of digital systems such as 4P, Procore, Biosite, Teams, SharePoint, BRE Smartwaste etc.
2. General filing and admin.
3. Uploading waste transfer notes onto BRE Smartwaste system
4. Downloading reports from digital systems for incorporating into reports.
5. Managing access control at reception.
6. Reception duties in regard to making sure visitors sign in.
7. Taking fingerprints of new contractors on the Biosite site access system.
8. Attendance to Team Meeting.
9. Maintain site safety files on site.
10. Making tea / coffee for key meetings.
11. Scanning / photocopying of documents and uploading to the site filing system.
12. Raising requisitions to the procurement team for materials as directed by site management.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous industry experience in either Housing, Construction or Facilities Management will not be considered if you have not worked previously in the sectors listed.
You need to have experience working in an office environment recently and be able to carry out the tasks above. This needs to be reflected in your work history.
