As our Merchandise Planning Manager, you'll lead digital stock planning across the UK & ROI. You'll balance availability and working capital, strengthen how we plan and replenish, and build a data‑led, high‑performing team. What you’ll be doing:
* Deliver digital availability targets across UK & ROI while managing stock levels against working capital budgets
* Balance customer demand, promotional activity and product lifecycle to optimise digital performance
* Lead and continuously improve digital replenishment processes, working closely with Tech and Supply Chain partners
* Represent digital demand planning within cross‑functional projects and transformation initiatives
* Monitor key input measures, take corrective action and elevate risks where needed
* Build strong relationships with commercial, supply chain and external fulfilment partners
* Coach, develop and support a team of digital merchandise planning specialists
What you’ll bring:
* Experience in supply chain, demand planning or forecasting
* Strong understanding of forecasting, planning and execution processes
* Advanced Excel capability and highly developed analytical skills
* Confidence translating data into insight that influences senior stakeholders
* Experience driving process improvement and leading change
* The ability to prioritise, organise and empower a team in a fast‑paced environment
* A collaborative mindset with strong commercial awareness
Experience managing people and knowledge of VBA or Power Query would be beneficial, but not essential.
