Overview

Location: Bristol (Hybrid after probation of 6 months).

In this position, you’ll be based in the Bristol office for five days a week and after successfully completing your probation, you can work from home for part of your working week. Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex.


Schedule and Start

Assessment Centre Dates: Week Commencing 13th October onsite face to face.

Start date: 10th or 17th November 2025. Permanent full time 37.5 hours – shifts are 8am - 5.45pm or 8am - 9pm.


Salary

Salary: £25564 for shift 8am-5.45pm or £25855 for shift 8am-9pm + monthly performance-related bonus & salary increase after probation.


What you’ll do

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and helping others. This dynamic role involves handling a variety of customer queries in our contact centre, ensuring that no two days are the same. You’ll be speaking directly with our customers, providing them with the support they need. You’ll deliver services on behalf of our clients via telephone, facing a variety of interesting and rewarding challenges every day.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers and ensure top-notch service quality.
* Use in-house IT systems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Deliver services on behalf of clients via telephone.


Schedule and Location Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 9pm, with some bank holidays on a rotational basis. The position is open to candidates within an hour’s commute of Bristol, BS99 6ZZ, and requires a reliable internet connection at home.


Training and Hybrid Working

Training lasts six weeks with no leave during November or December. After training, you’ll work full-time in the office until completing your probation. Once probation is completed, you can switch to a hybrid schedule with at least three days a week in the office.
