A nurturing SEMH school in Tameside are looking for qualified English Teacher to join their close-knit school.
* Planning and delivering engaging English lessons
* Supporting pupils, aged 11-16yrs with SEMH, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Alongside the curriculum, providing emotional regulation and sensory support
* Promoting independence and confidence through tailored, nurture-focused learning
* Tracking progress and contribute to EHCP processes
* Working hours: 8:15am - 4pm
* Starting asap
Person specification:
* Experience of teaching, preferably in a SEN setting
* QTS or QTLS
* Experience of adapting teaching to various needs
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Adaptable, resilient and empathetic attitude
