An informal space to relax over great wines & simple but exceptional food as golfers come off the Course.
The Role:
As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining as our Sous Chef, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant. 
Who you are:
• Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
• Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
• Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Ability to motivate, train and supervise junior members of the team
• A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field
Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus tronc 
Shift Pattern:
 * 45 hours per week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7.
