Job Description
Motul is a globally respected manufacturer of high-performance and premium lubricants for cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles and industrial applications. MOTUL is reinventing itself to contribute to trends in new mobility and sustainability, while leveraging its core competencies for innovative applications and markets. The Regional Sales Manager UK & Ireland Motocycle (based in the United Kingdom) is responsible for generating new customers for Motul’s importers, building direct relationships with them, and growing Motul’s brand share in the associated markets.
Responsibilities
* Manage customers to handle daily business: order intake, tracking, control and adaptation, credit notes, claim handling, product returns, debit notes, and first-level product guidance.
* Delivery time tracking in SAP and CRM.
* Drive growth with NTR and additional Motul ranges.
* Support weekly visits to distributors and customers to grow sales.
* Data analysis to review sales performance and reporting.
* UK & Ireland competitor mapping.
* Support trade fairs/shows, agency contracts, sponsorships, and multiple race events.
* Work with UK & Ireland Brand ambassadors.
* Develop new sales channels for Additives, Bike care & Motul concepts for importers.
Profile
Note: The following qualifications are desirable for the role.
* A residence in the Basingstoke area or surrounding region (Basing View, Grosvenor House, Hampshire. RG21 4HG) is beneficial, but not mandatory.
* Previous UK & Ireland Motorcycle / Aftermarket trade experience.
* Sales and marketing experience.
* Personal skills with a proven track record to establish credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners.
* Graduate level or comparable industry experience.
* Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe is advantageous.
* Professional sales certifications are advantageous.
* Sales/Negotiation skills training evidence.
* Ability to travel frequently in UK & Ireland.
* Driving license B.
