Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist mental healthcare to offenders as part of the Mental Health In-Reach Team and wider services.
* Work in a psychologically minded way to help offenders achieve their health goals.
* Perform assessments, develop care plans, and manage risk.
* Maintain accurate records and liaise with other care providers and prison staff.
* Promote health and wellbeing using evidence-based practices.
* Support the development of high-quality mental health care with senior staff.
* Reduce high-risk behaviors and ensure continuity of care with community health teams.
Requirements
* Willingness to undertake National Security Vetting.
* Proof of right to work, ID, and address documentation.
* For non-UK passport holders, additional documentation such as police certificates or overseas checks may be required.
