Learning Partner/Advisor - FTC or Day Rate

Signet Recruitment and Retention are partnering with a high-performing, people-centric business in Reading, seeking a Learning Partner/Advisor on an Interim or FTC basis, for a 9-month period. Your role will involve designing and delivering impactful learning experiences and initiatives that enhance performance, support professional development, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
What You’ll Do:
* Run engaging, results-focused learning sessions
* Support the Learning & Development (L&D) Manager and L&D Coordinator
* Tailor delivery to all learning styles and needs for a diverse range of employees
* Evaluate learning outcomes and suggest improvements
* Stay current with L&D trends and tools
* Act as a learning advisor to employees and managers
* Assist in the process of selecting a new Learning Management System (LMS)
* Collaborate with external providers
* Work closely with the People & Culture team, including HR business partners, Recruitment Manager, and HR Systems Manager, to align on L&D strategies
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in learning design and delivery
* Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
* Data-driven mindset and strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in LMS platforms; experience with implementing or managing LMS systems is a plus
This organization offers a hybrid working model, with an expectation of being in the Reading office 2-3 days per week.
