Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a portfolio of clients, providing high-level advisory, accounting, and tax services.
* Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Contribute to the firm’s strategic planning and decision-making at board level.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Oversee complex client engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
* Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
* Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
* Represent the firm at networking, industry, and community events.
About You
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with substantial post-qualification experience within practice.
* Proven track record of success in a senior management or Partner-designate role.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop new business and nurture long-term relationships.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and motivating teams.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivering client excellence.
* Confident communicator with the credibility to represent the firm externally.
