In this role, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring brand standards are met while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue, managing KPIs, and optimising the performance of our electronic gaming machines by proactively driving stakes, controlling margins, and maximising profitability. You’ll work closely with the Casino Manager and our central electronic support team to ensure our slots and e-table games are fully optimised for success in your club.
