Are you a qualified and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking a new opportunity this Autumn?
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the OL11 area that requires additional support to cover staffing gaps across various year groups during the Autumn Term.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and adaptable TA to make a real difference in the classroom while gaining valuable experience in a supportive school setting.
Contract Type: Temporary (Autumn Term – with potential to extend)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Full-time or part-time options available (term time only)
Key Stages: EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2 – placement will depend on experience and school needs
Responsibilities:
Providing in-class support to pupils under the direction of the class teacher
Delivering targeted interventions (1:1 or small group)
Supporting pupils with additional needs, including those with EHCPs
Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Assisting with general classroom duties as require
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting
Ability to build strong working relationships with staff and children
Positive, flexible, and proactive approach
Experience supporting SEND (desirable but not essential)
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us)
