Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager
to lead optimisation efforts and enhance the online experience for a leading UK leisure brand. This is a
newly created role
with real responsibility and scope to shape digital strategy.
What you'll be doing:
* Own and drive the CRO and SEO roadmap to maximise website conversion and incremental revenue.
* Plan, launch, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to improve user journeys and lead capture.
* Track and report measurable performance improvements across digital channels.
* Collaborate with content, UX, and technical teams to implement optimisations.
* Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of creativity and data-driven decision making.
* Deputise for the Head of Digital where required and contribute to team strategy and processes.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
* Experience in CRO, growth marketing, or digital performance roles.
* Strong knowledge of testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely), GA4, and UX best practices.
* Proven ability to identify friction points and drive measurable revenue through optimisation.
* Comfortable leading or coaching junior colleagues.
Desirable:
* Experience in agile or sprint-based environments.
* Exposure to UX research, journey mapping, or product experimentation.
* Experience collaborating across multiple teams and departments on digital projects.
