Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Account Manager/Director to oversee a prestigious M&E / Facilities Management account in Central London. The role involves managing a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and facilities support, ensuring delivery of high-quality services across a single high-profile building. Responsibilities include managing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, soft services, and liaising with the on-site client.
The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, with a background in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Strong leadership skills, budget management experience (£2.5 million P&L), and stakeholder engagement are essential. Desirable qualifications include ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM.
The role offers a salary in the range of £75,000 - £85,000, plus bonuses, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
