IT Engineer - Crawley - £27k per annum excellent benefits
Our client is a well-established IT organisation based in Crawley; due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an experience IT Engineer.
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
* Diagnose incoming laptops for defects and damage
* Installing Windows operating systems
* Maintenance of equipment, specialist repairs/modifications upgrades, software/hardware enhancements within own capabilities
* Diagnose a hardware problem vs Accidental Damage
* Update tickets with diagnostic results
* Provide a basic level of Technical Support to end users on a 1st Line if needed
All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:
* Experience in the IT Field
* An ability to demonstrate your competence with repairing/building hardware
* A can-do attitude to provide the best service to our customers
* Excellent communication skills
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.
