We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team at our Ryde facility. Key Responsibilities As an integral part of our finance function, you will be responsible for: * Managing the accounts payable process: recording supplier invoices, performing verification checks, and preparing payment proposals. * Preparing bank reconciliations and monitoring daily bank activity. * Supporting external reporting requirements, including VAT returns, ONS submissions, and statutory audits. * Maintaining the fixed asset register and ensuring accurate asset tracking. * Assisting with general administrative tasks across the business. You’ll also play a key role in driving the automation of our purchase-to-pay process, helping to streamline workflows from requisition through to payment.
