The Role
You’ll play an important role in building and nurturing relationships with clients, supporting them throughout their journey with the business. This is a fantastic entry point into the commercial side of a fast-growing company, where you’ll gain exposure to both account management and business development in a supportive environment. Rather than a hard sales role, this position is all about communication, organisation, and creating positive client experiences.
Your Responsibilities
* Build relationships with new and existing clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
* Assist in managing accounts and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience
* Work closely with senior team members to help grow and develop client relationships
* Keep track of conversations and updates using internal systems
* Gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and experience grow
