We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Housekeeping Team Member to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional stays for our guests. The Role As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play an essential part in creating a welcoming, spotless, and comfortable environment across our guest rooms and public areas. You’ll take pride in high standards and enjoy being part of a supportive, hands-on team. Your responsibilities include: Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard Maintaining cleanliness across communal areas Replenishing linens, towels, toiletries, and supplies Reporting maintenance issues promptly Working efficiently to daily room lists Ensuring excellent presentation across the property What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to help where needed Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not essential—full training provided Hours & Pay Flexible hours, including weekends An even split of weekly tips Opportunities for additional shifts across the venue Why Join Us? The Hope & Anchor is a beautiful riverside pub, restaurant & inn nestled in the heart of Ross-On-Wye with multiple dining options for customers including a traditional pub bar and a modern cocktail bar, two restaurants, a riverside hut serving those on the go, and a spacious garden with outdoor seating including a Bandstand and all-weather tent area, both of which can house entertainment. We also have 12 beautiful recently refurbished riverside en-suite rooms available, with breakfast included and served in the pub.
