SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary School – Andover, Hampshire Start Date: September 2025 | Contract Type: Full-Time Are you experienced in supporting young people with special educational needs and looking to make a lasting impact within a specialist school environment? GSL Education are currently seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Andover from September 2025. This position is based within the school’s resource base, supporting students with Autism and Learning Difficulties. The role offers a supportive pathway with opportunities to move through the pay grades and transition into a permanent contract after a successful probation period. The school is happy to consider candidates from care backgrounds who have experience supporting children or young people with SEN.
