We offer three flexible shift patterns designed to support a healthy balance between your work commitments and personal life:
1. 12 days on 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue)
2. 6 days on 1 day off
3. Part-time over 4 days - Shift patterns of Sat-Tue or Thurs-Sun

As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:

13. Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies
14. Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations
15. Upholding our people-first culture and contributing to our fresh cultural change program
Requirements for General Operative (Traffic Management):
16. Eligibility to work in UK
17. Flexibility to work shift patterns as stated above
18. Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months
19. Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot
20. Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12D M1/M2 or Unit 2). (desirable not essential)
