Your new role Working within the finance team, you will provide essential support to the finance supervisor in both purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control daily routines. Main duties will include: Purchase ledger - processing invoices, resolving supplier queries, reconciling statements and assisting with payment runs Credit control - daily chasing of outstanding debt, making incoming and outgoing customer calls and processing payments Bank reconciliation Credit card payments and expenses What you'll need to succeed With a current track record in an accounting position, you will be offered a varied skill set along with IT skills and Excel. Above all, it is essential you have strong, confident and effective communication skills, to be comfortable making outgoing calls and receiving incoming calls, both from suppliers and customers. High levels of customer service are expected, as well as a can-do attitude and strong desire to work within a team, and to assist colleagues.
