We’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Lincoln, specialising in the Driving & Logistics sector.

* Own the recruitment process for driving & logistics roles
* Build strong client and candidate relationships
* Drive new business and grow your network – both in person & on the phone (driving license / car essential)
* Ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service

* Recruitment experience (in driving/logistics)
* A self-starter who thrives on autonomy
* Strong communication and business development skills
* Compliance knowledge is a must
