About the Role
This hands‑on position focuses on translating complex scheme rules and technical policy into clear, practical guidance for our administration teams. You’ll create and maintain knowledge guides, playbooks, and learning materials, owning content from first draft to final sign‑off. Managing a single source of truth, you’ll ensure updates are accurate and reflect all business changes. Working closely with Technical Policy & Services, Member Experience, Pension Administration, and HR, you’ll support consistent assessment and embed capability standards.
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain knowledge guides, playbooks, and learning materials.
* Own content lifecycle from draft to final sign‑off.
* Maintain a single source of truth and update it accurately and promptly.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Technical Policy & Services, Member Experience, Pension Administration, and HR.
* Embed capability standards and support consistent assessment across teams.
* Ensure content supports confidence, accuracy, and knowledge flow for colleagues and members.
Qualifications
* Hands‑on experience in the pensions sector or a regulated, process‑driven environment such as financial services, insurance, utilities, healthcare, or government.
* Ability to interpret complex rules and technical information and transform it into clear, practical guidance.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaborative mindset with ability to build relationships across teams.
* Passion for helping others develop and willingness to give/receive feedback.
* Organised, proactive, and pride in making complexity simple.
* Legal right to work in the UK; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
