What's involved with this role: Interim Procurement Officer Reference no: Redditch & Bromsgrove (HQ) TCL RBC-168855 Pay rate: £20.00 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours This opening assignment is for up to 6 months City: Bromsgrove and Redditch Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office in Bromsgrove/Redditch A Procurement Officer is required to provide additional capacity primarily to the Fleet Manager, to procure a range of services contracts for the hiring, servicing/maintenance, purchase of a range of fleet across Environmental Services. Experience of frameworks and fleet related procurements is essential for this role. Key responsibilities: Procure a range of services contracts for the hiring, servicing/maintenance, purchase of a range of fleet across Environmental Services. These contracts/procurements will largely be via framework providers however there may be opportunity for bespoke tenders on review. Work alongside the operational managers and senior managers in order to ensure compliance in this area.
