Driver Hire Newcastle & Sunderland is looking to recruit a Cat C+E(Class 1) driver for one of our clients in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This role is on an ad-hoc/ongoing basis for the correct candidate.
Your day to day role will include a mixture of local deliveries as well as trunk runs with the occasional night out. This will be delivering expandable polystyrene insulation to domestic and commercial properties.
This is an ASAP start, you will get inducted on site and go out with one of their other guys to familiarize the routes for deliveries.
Requirements for the role:
1. Category C+E/Class 1 entitlement on the driving licence.
2. Valid CPC Licence.
3. Valid Digital Tachograph Licence.
Rates of pay starting from £15.75 per hour (PAYE). Enhanced rate available for overtime after 8 hours.
